My wife and I always enjoy trying new and different cafes with nice and friendly atmosphere. Being a native of Franklin but living in a different city now I didn’t know this cafe existed until today when driving by I thought I’d stop in and give it a go. The first thing I noticed when walking in was the nice clean floors and tables with nice decor. I approached the counter to place my order looking for the employee that finally came from the back without a smile on her face. Everyone that knows me knows I like to joke around to try to get that smile or even a laugh or two but after a couple try’s with this lady I could tell this wasn’t going to happen… it was straight out business without friendly hospitality so I went ahead and placed my order and after receiving my latte I paid and even tipped the unwelcoming lady. My wife and I stopped into here this morning to enjoy a quiet breakfast and were not disappointed. The lady who runs the place keeps it tidy and cozy. Her wonderful personality adds to the quaint atmosphere. She has breakfast and lunch items. One customer was picking up a broccoli soup while we were finishing up our breakfast. We each had one of her baked breakfast pastries and some coffee to jumpstart our morning.
