PETE'S — Local services in Fredonia

Today I stopped in at a Pete's to get something to drink. After choosing my sodas two bottles of starry which the label on the shell said two for $ $4.50 the regular price was $2.79 nowhere on that label did I see that you had to have the Pete's? Card in order to get that price so I returned into the store and pointed out to the lady behind the counter that I had been overcharged that they were two for $4.50 she replied and asked if I had the Pete's rebate card or whatever they call it and I said no. She said that is required to get the price on that shelf but nowhere did I see that notification and if so it must be somewhere and very fine print. Needless to say at that point I said well then I don't need either one of these. I'll just take my money back cuz I'm not paying that much per bottle for this soda. She replied well. I don't give refunds and I'm like really she's like yeah okay and then in a condescending manner she goes sir. Do you need some change? Needless to say, I will not be returning to that peace location I travel through here back and forth between Kansas and Arkansas and I will find other locations to stop because most importantly, if you're going to require the card it needs to be in larger print if it was on that label at all. If it was not on that label it should be on every label in order to get that price. It should say with card there was nothing that I seen to sit with card. Val, at this point it doesn't matter. I will not use them as a fuel stop anymore nor will I use them to stop and get drinks or snacks as I do on a periodic basis. Very unhappy with the condescending manner in which...

Will never go here again. Travel for work stopped for fuel. Receipt did not print at pump and forgot to get a copy when I went inside. A day or two later when I realized I didn’t have a copy I called and asked for a receipt to be sent to me via email or text. I was assured it would be done. Over the next 4-5 weeks I called and requested it 3 more times and each time was told they would send it and never did. I even drove 1.5hrs to visit the store to get a copy but was told by the manager that too much time had past and she would have to go to the “ company office” to get it. She offered to do that and said it would be either later that day or the following day. It has been more than a week and still have not received it. I realize it’s my fault for forgetting to get a copy originally, I accept that. But there is no excuse for them telling me over and over again they were going to send it to me and not once did they follow through. Just be up front and honest and say “ your not important and we’re not going to help you” would have preferred that versus being lied to. Rediculous.... had to pay the cost out of the fuel that was put into a company vehicle out of pocket because they weren’t willing to help at all. Any other business can get you a receipt with simply a date, time and last 4 of credit card. Not that difficult. Like I said, will never go back to this place...

Located and easy to see right iff the highway. It is a simple entrance making it safe to enter into from the highway. Large area and welcomes all drivers. There is large area to park out back as well so you can take a quick nap and be safe while driving. The inside is just like the pumps in front of the store and offers wide isles and easy to see all products. Amazing coffee station that was clean and nice display! Cashiers we presented themselves as clean and respectable. Then when I was turned the female began gossiping to the male about the customers which was very unprofessional. Aside from that I would totally recommend that you use Pete'47/Phillips 66 for your needs...
