DG Market — Local services in Freeburg

I realize that you don’t see an employee right away, this is because they’re busy stocking the empty shelves. They are easy to locate, if you’re too bashful to call out. Lol. I’m a regular here at this location, and was a regular when they were across the street. I’ve been shopping with them for many years, and so far I’m happy with them. Both services, and quality. I’ve interacted with nearly all of the employees here, and most of them have gone above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. Not at all like another department store that many ppl go to for many daily needs!! DG may have self checkout, but not to the degree as the other store I referenced. The store where if you ask for help, you’re either ignored or sneered at. DG is the opposite, the employees are all busy, cuz they’re working!! Putting items on shelves, so you can find them!! If you still have a problem, they’ll stop what they’re doing to help you find whatever you’re looking for!! They do all of this, without giving you an attitude!! Well I think I’ve said enough. Female working at the Freeburg, IL Dollar Store was very rude this morning. I said "Is someone on the register?" When I came into your store to shop .I could not get my cart down the isles.had to leave my cart on side of isle to get my cleaning supplies and other things.customers not very friendly. I worked at dollar General for 5 yrs and it never changes .They need to hire staff to stock at night and focus on helping customers...
