I have never visited a more poorly run Dunkin. The staff is rude and their accuracy is right around 50%. I did a mobile order recently... Went in to get it (after 20m) and stood around waiting for the order to be put out. After another 15m, an employee at the register asked what I was waiting for. I explained I was waiting for a mobile order and someone out back said "you should have asked us sooner, we didn't have the donut you wanted".
