First experience WONDERFUL 7.25.20 Second experience AWFUL 7.28.20 Had mechanical troubles with my rig was running a few minutes behind. Called at 3.50 to inform them I was a few miles out and would be a couple minutes late. Lady on the phone said the gate closes at 4pm. I was already stressed and she made the situation worse by being ZERO helo. Arrived at 4.05 and nobody would help at all. A gentleman even came to the gate to explain they were closed. And I explained I get companies need to have a hard and fast close time. But I called and tried to explain I was having issues. I wanted to get the load off and get my truck home. I will now have to make the drive again and take more time off from work. I don't mean to throw a pitty party but NOT the way I would conduct business. Brought some scrap vehicles with my son on a Saturday in my tow truck. They told me to put them where I normally do. Very messy roadway. Anyways, I picked up 2 sheet metal screws in each of my Steer tires. Called to see if they would help with the replacement and he told me to prove that I picked it up in his yard..
