If you’re thinking about taking your kid to the y care for daycare, don’t do it unless you’re only keeping them there for the morning. The afternoon staff are absolutely horrible, can never seem to know what to do or what’s going on. The director Ashley makes your concerns seem like they aren’t important and treats you like garbage. I showed up to pick up my daughter and she had a red mark under her eye & I had to ask what happened. They never gave me an answer but told me some kid ripped her hair out & I asked where the accident report was and they just couldn’t seem to find it. The afternoon staff is so unorganized it’s sad. I immediately pulled my daughter and she’s NOT going back. I was so worried about sending her to an actual daycare for these reasons. They need to stop just hiring anybody or actually train their employees. This isn’t the first incident I’ve had with them and it’d take too long to explain everything else but this is what pushed...

This is a nice facility, but my biggest complaint is the pool police. They tell you "You can't do this, you can't do that, you can't wear this, you can't wear that". Yet they think nothing of people spreading their fecal bacteria in the hot tub and pool when they enter without taking a nude shower first. It is one of the rules there, but it is NEVER enforced. Hot tubs, especially, are bad places as the bacteria is in a warm environment, and people breathe it in when the tub is active. For a "family" Y, they are much more concerned about image that they are about the safety of the patrons. Personally, I never feel welcome in the pool area. I always feel like I'm being watched for violations. Oddly enough, I'm one of the few that actually does shower...

Nice facility, it felt pretty updated and clean. The low rating is due to the pool area (we were here for a swim meet). The balcony seating (only option) was VERY HOT. I obviously don't carry a thermometer with me, but I would guess it was close 90F up there. We actually had to go stand in the hall and watch the swim meet from the hallway windows because the heat was making my wife sick. This honestly pretty unacceptable, they either need to offer different seating (chairs/other seating not allowed in the hallway that faces the pool) or provide better cooling for...
