This place was a joke we went on a Wednesday family fun night with 9 kids and 6 adults and rented 3 lanes at 29.95 we were all excited to get togather with friends from work to start tony had messed up our lane so there was a delay in the beginning then we had placed out pizza order that we assumed never got place right away because our game was over just as we were getting our food and we also ordered more food that never came out until 10 min after the the game ended. I have called multiple times to set up a birthday party to no avail. Persons on phone are every rude and not helpful, told me to go online that it was easier than them helping me on phone. Went online but birthday packages were not available and it is not easier by any means. Called back to speak to manager and the girl said there was none. Asked to speak to someone in charge and she said there was no one. That they cant help me reserve anything. Go online is all they would say. Not helpful at all.
