In the Thai traditions, Temples are a place for the community and a peaceful sanctuary, not simply just a place of worship. You do not need to be religious, Buddhist, or Thai to enjoy the serenity and beauty of this place. The Temple grounds are very well kept, verdant, and peaceful. The main hall is a place for contemplation, meditation, occasional sermons, and Buddhist merit-sharing rituals. The monks are kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
