The person in charge CHRIS is super rude. I have been here 3 times already. The first time I got passports for my two little kids, the entire time they were in the car with my older sister because they were sleeping. The lady did my paper work and it wasn’t until the end when I was getting ready to pay that she said I need to see your kids. I went to get them no problem. When I went to get my son’s passport , my daughter had an accident and I didn’t have any extra clothes for her. When I went inside I told the lady that was helping me that my son was here but he is in the car and that if it was OK if we could do the paperwork and he can just run in here so she can see him and he can run back out because I couldn’t leave my kids by themselves and I couldn’t bring my daughter out because she had peed herself. She said that was fine when my son came back he told me that they gave him the paper back and they told him that both me and him had to be present during the whole paperwork. When I went back inside, I tried to explain to them the situation again and Chris was super rude. He did not listen. He continued to say over again that he was running the show. He did not listen to what I had to say. He kept cutting me off.. I told him that my daughter had peed herself and he said it wasn’t his problem that I can leave and go clean her and come back. I let him know that I lived 40 min away and it was my only time. And he continued to cut me off and not that it wasn’t his problem and that he was running the show.I had to go back to the car put on my daughter soiled pants and head back inside. When I went back inside, I let him know that before when I came to get my two kids passports. They were not present through the whole paperwork and that they were asked to be present towards the end and then he cut me off again and continue to state that he was in charge and nothing was going on behind his back. Chris is definitely a bad person to deal with he has a bad attitude. and once I got called back again, the lady Harjit who helped me had an attitude after the whole situation happened. The other two ladies there I’ve dealt with are super nice can’t say the same...
Read moreIt use to be the perfect small community post office that you could walk right up to the counter without lines..The employees would know the whole family and know exactly what packages or mail you had, they would go out of the way to get your mail to you. Times have changes as does everything and while the building hasn't changed, the service to get your mail to you has. A country post office gives a clue that you might have houses you'll have to go off road for. These roads have been here over 80 years, some gravel, some dirt. It seems to be up to the driver if they want to deliver to those houses, now. We have seen them down flooded muddy dirt 1000 foot roads, but can or won't drive down a 400 foot hard packed gravel road. If garbage trucks, water delivery trucks, other delivery services can use these same roads, I'm sure your little white trucks can make it. I hate when package are shipped USPS because of its inconsistencies of service. Definitely snail mail...

Harjit’s kindness and attention to detail stood out, while Chris’s calm and helpful nature made us feel at ease right away. They were not only efficient but also went the extra mile to ensure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly.
It’s rare to come across people who are not just professional but genuinely caring. Thank you both for your warmth, patience, and wonderful assistance—it turned what could’ve been a tiring day into a...
