Cultural foodz Truck (Indian Food Truck) — Restaurant in French Camp

I had a very disappointing experience at Culture Foodz Truck. On their menu, the burger was clearly listed at $6.99, so I placed my order based on that price and ate my food. But when it came time to pay, they suddenly told me the price was actually $10.99, saying the menu was “old.”

This is unacceptable and feels very dishonest. If prices have changed, the truck should update the menu or at the very least inform customers before they order — not after they’ve already eaten. Waiting until the end to charge more is extremely misleading and unfair.

As a customer, I felt tricked and cheated. Honest pricing is the most basic expectation when eating out, and Culture Foodz Truck failed at that. This kind of behavior makes it hard to trust them, and it ruined the entire experience for me.

I will not be coming back, and I would warn others to be very careful. Until they start treating customers with honesty and respect — and keep their menu prices accurate — I cannot recommend this...

A minus 10 if I had an option. I decided to give this food truck a second chance, but unfortunately, it was an even bigger disappointment than the first time. The Chole Bhature and noodles were both terrible. The Bhature didn’t resemble Bhature at all—I’m sure even non-Indians living in the U.S. could make them better. The noodles were just boiled and drenched in soy sauce with a few pieces of green bell pepper—completely bland and unappetizing. I deeply regret ordering from here again and wasting my money.
