Who's idea was it to put the bleachers in the pit area so close to the action that if a demo car hit the barrier sideways and flipped over that barrier people could plausibly die.Also to allow people to stand so close to the end of the track where cars can possibly push those barriers back a good 20 feet. Alot is safety issues I saw there this year. I was blinded all the way across the track by flash from the cameras I'm assuming were reporters, that means drivers were also blinded which could make the difference in hitting a drivers door and injuring him or not. And I believe a better effort to keep the track clear of debris could be made I saw parts laying for too long before they stopped the demo. Very dangerous. Read moreI'm not familiar with the renaissance fair stuff but my granddaughter enjoyed her self and that's what mattered to me. I found some stuff entertaining and some a little weird but I'm old. If that's what people like to do I hope it keeps going and growing as this was the first year. Their were not many people there but they seemed to be enjoying themselves. To each their own and I'll try to take my granddaughter back next year if they have it and l am able. They seemed to put a lot of effort into it so I hope it goes...
Read moreThe Venango County Fair was a lot of fun! I love seeing all the animals and getting to pet them and they are all so well taken care of. The barns have had some major work done and everything looks so nice, they did an excellent job! It was $7.00 for each person, under 9 years old is free. The playground is very nice and clean.
