Friendswood Feed and Lawn — Local services in Friendswood

I like this feed store, they sell my favorite fertilizer for my vegetable garden and that's the kind you can't find anywhere else like the big box stores. The seed selection is by another one of my favorite brands and it isn't the low grade quality seeds that Walmart or Dollar Tree sells.

I would normally purchase a bag of mushroom compost for my garden which is always helpful when yielding strong hardy crops. They could really work more on the garden section on the outside as it appears to always be lackluster and the plants don't appear to be healthy. I see they did hire a good yard helper which I've worked with before, so I know that he will be keen on bringing those plants back to their livelihood.

The staff isn't overly friendly, but they get the job done and never seem to pass judgment or give attitude which is always great. They are very helpful with providing answers to your questions and direction when you are looking for something. They sell a wide variety of pet supplies too.

Terrible customer service. They do not respect their customer's. I waited outside for 15 minutes for them to open. As I'm getting off. Their loud rude employee comes honking over and over yelling to get off her spot that that's her spot! I was there early so I got a front parking spot in the parking area. When I called to ask if I needed to move they said that is her parking spot then they hung up on me. I asked if I could purchase my stuff and they hung up on me again. Granted I did get one scoop of crushed concrete and they did load it in my truck. When I needed one more for my job I called and asked them to prepare for one more load. I was told as long as it was before 5:30. I arrived 2 minutes before closing and they told me they were closed. Plus they put the tractor away which was sitting outside in the front.
