I deeply regret buying house in this place. if you are smart , stay away. This place exploits first time home buyer's ignorance on subdivision rules and regulations. Developer has no rule for aesthetic appeal, allows Same model next to each other, same color brick next to each other, some of the streets looks like hastily drawn house pictures by kid. Drive around other places and still want to buy then insist on uniqueness of your house.

Very bad experience in terms of responses. The sales manager James on the Heritage series does not respond and does not seems to have any customer care. I had to decide from multiple builders for building my house and wanted to get more info from James (which I mentioned in the email) before deciding with whom I should go, but no reply. There was also mis management and goof ups of the email. I was sent a Congratulation on your new home email when it was intended for someone else. Really? Very poor customer service. I was hoping I could write a positive review and give a big "Thanks" to Landon on this Thanksgiving day, but did not give a chance.

Do not live here! So disappointed that we just moved here with several kids. We love the pool and they have a “no fun” at the pool rule. No food, no toys, no jumping in the water. Please tell me the point of a pool for kids that can’t even play in it? Seems like we like to make way too many rules to keep our problems to the point where we need to just stand and stare at eachother. And don’t think the lifeguard will be easy on the rules. He’s on a power trip and here everyday! He will threaten to kick you out because your kids accidentally forget the rules for a second and jumped in the pool. (Very natural to do). Ridiculous!
