Beth was extremely unprofessional from the moment we walked in. Passively aggressively scolding me for not setting up a pre appointment consultation that is not required. It was spring break and I wanted to do something for my teenage daughter (yes Beth she is 13, but has a condition that makes her look younger). We ended the appointment before she could touch a hair on my daughters head. She continued to yell at us as we walk out and down the hall. Worst experience in a salon and she didn’t even provide a service.

Update in response to your clear discrimination towards my daughter based on her size. She’s had to deal with kids constantly judging her for her size but never have we experienced it from an adult. Like I stated she has a medical condition that effects her growth. You didn’t ask her age before you decided to judge her. I had an AMAZING experience today with Beth!! She was patient and kind, and listened to everything I wanted to do with my hair. She came up with a plan to give me the most perfect partial highlights by suggesting a specific toner and a few other things to give me the “cool blond” I wanted. She also gave me a super fun blunt Bob cut that I requested. She is very detailed and meticulous in making sure her work is done right snd looks good.
