Wonderful experience! Highly recommended! I wanted to write a review right away after purchasing my computer as I was so pleased with the experience and the owners but decided to wait a month or so to make sure all was well with the equipment. My boyfriend and I wanted to purchase a computer and after having a discussion about craigslist and the budget constraints of a brand new one we found ourselves at this shop trying to find a middle ground. And did we! We are very happy with our iMac and the day we left we were on our way and editing by that evening. The owner is extremely knowledgable and friendly, and ultimately trustworthy. He lets you know which ones can be updated and about how much life they have left. For us we were able to purchase an older model with confidence knowing in 5 years we'd be well beyond upgrading anyhow so could afford the larger screen with an older operating system to get us through at a much lower price than a brand new one. Roger and Lisa are amazing! they take the time to really help you pick out what is going to best fits your needs. they are honest and you can definitely see that they are about making sure you get what you want opposed to just taking your money and sell you anything. There Macboos and product are in great condition and is top quality! This is a small, local, family-owned business. Robert, the owner, is a great guy to work with! I've been buying laptops from him for the past 4 years or so. He usually has a good selection of used laptops (as well as plenty of new) and he's always fair in his pricing and tries to work with me to get me what I ask for and can afford. I appreciate that he doesn't try to upsell me on specs I don't need, and he will even advise me to wait if I can, if he has a good sale coming up or better models coming in soon. He gives me his honest opinion on various models and will sometimes tell me a cheaper model is a better fit for my needs, so I know he is not just trying to get money out of me. He also always offers to load free software on units I purchase before I leave the shop.
