MTN OPS — Local services in Fruit Heights

I was sharing my experience with my co-worker and letting her know how much I love this pre-workout, and I was so bummed I left it at home and come to find out she had just purchased some Collagen of her own, Eva Shockey's from the same company. Her and I are on a lifestyle change and we have shared greens, Collagen and Colostrum costs. We have been using a brand that begins with B for 6 months with truly no difference. We both have lost weight, and lost hair, and brain fog has just been hard. I am getting up there in age, and finding supplements to help keep up with my new life has been so difficult to find without knowing if I can trust them. I found Ignite and hydrate at Harmons and whenever I can get there, I pick these up by the box. I have one track mind when I go as I have 4 kids who keep me busy so I can get in and out.. I had no idea that there were all these other AMAZING products, and I am hoping to make all of them of my everyday life.. I work-out 4-5 days a week, and truly love strength training, and when lifting on Leg & Back day especially, Ignite really just gives me this push I need.. I had no idea there was a Pre-workout Yeti mode!! I am so excited to start using all of the products from the Colostrum, greens/reds, the ignite lite to get me through the day and who knows what else.. Finally, one company to support my life and it is so necessary with all I am doing to change my life.. Then... To top this off, you are a LOCAL company, I had no clue.. I am so excited to support this company and spread the love to everyone I come in contact with.. Thank you Mt. We are from Yakima, Washington and came here to visit for the 1st time. I was so impressed with everything from the mountain lile feel/curb appeal to the rock/wood exterior/interior (the beautiful building) amazing free work out gym, mounted game, light fixtures, and cool brick fireplace outside. We are a JROTC Rifle Team...go West Valley High school, a staff member took my daughter aside and gave her such an amazing motivational speech that she was just in tears. "Ask your self why?" Each day, when we get up in the morning, that we are doing what we do. And stay on the positive path, get rid of those negative influences and feel like life is your shooting range. WOW, JUST WOW....very encouraged by that speech, kids/team had a blast, would highly recommend to anybody, especially if you have never been here or heard of them( like me). My daughter and I will always remember the time that we spent here. Bought a ton of products like, dietary supplement, multivitamin, weight loss, hats, and even got a cool free sticker. Love the handmade coffee mugs. MADE IN AMERICA always a plus. There were 5 adults and 5 students in our group and they took the time out of a busy work day to give us a tour, and answer all of our questions that we might have. I have been a regular Mtn Ops customer for the past 7 years and have benefited from the supplements and a handful of the gear they offer. I have used Mtn Ops for thank you gifts as well.

Last year I took the advice of one of Mtn Ops paid sponsors and purchased several Merino Wool tops. I wouldn’t consider myself a gear abuser, but my experience with the Mtn Ops Merino was not good. Any snag on a limb and the merino tore very large holes. Same experience with all weights of the merino. Not the same experience with other merino tops in the industry.

I reached out to Mtn Ops customer service as well as the CEO/former CEO simply to share my experience with the merino tops. Well over 8 months now and no response. Sent an additional message recently and again, no response.

Something has changed with the shipping as well. Packages are being shipped later than normal(DHL). They will ship as soon as you message customer service. Must be the change in ownership or leadership?

Needless to say it’s time to move on. Back to First Lite for merino. We spend hard earned dollars on gear that we should be able to rely on. Not looking for a handout or even replacement gear. A simple acknowledgment of my experience goes along way.
