Came to pick up a 3 tiered cake we had ordered for a Sweet 16 party this past Saturday. All went well until we asked for the free cake kit. The employee who assisted us wasn't aware of a free cake kit , nor were the other 3 employees standing around milking payroll. One had the audacity to direct us to the aisle which may have some to purchase. I pointed up to the sign that obviously shows what I was talking about. That didn't faze them to try and help us. We were on a time crunch & had limited time to stick around. Went to pay and asked for a manager. Told him the situation and he goes back to bakery department with no sense of urgency. After a few minutes of waiting we left. We would be late to turn in this cake had we stayed and dealt with the low energy of that Fullerton location. We now had to go back home to get utensils to cut cake. This location needs to either retrain their employees or simply remove the misrepresented sign they have above bakery dept. I've been in retail for 24 yrs now but for a much larger company and this was sad to see. No sense of urgency, no apology , no concern for its customers picking up a $200 cake. Place should be called "Statue Bros" because no one cared to move and assist us...

I havent been to this location in a year. Moved away, now moved back. Stopped by thursday night, 10-21-21 around 9pm. And I was blown away by how many young employees are working here. Even management. What used to be professional workers, and quiet isles, Is now young and rowdy kid employees. Atleast tonight. Yelling across isles, telling jokes outloud. One worker busted out laughing out loud. Im all for having fun at work, but this was over the top. Stocking shelves, but throwing the products to eachother. One of them dropped a item, and still put it on the shelf. Manager on his phone, infront of employees. Not setting a great example. Walk up to checkout, make eye contact with cashier, only for cashier to walk away. Typical 1st job behavior. Hopefully they can get some real management to get these kids under control. Never been to such a poorly ran...

I've shopped at the store forever. Today for some reason I don't know if she's a new manager or what but her and her employees followed myself and my husband around the store humiliating and embarrassing us our whole shopping experience like we were going to steal something or run out with a cart full of groceries with no bags! The manager that usually works is amazing and the crews usually great but because of this incident I will never ever go back to that grocery store again! Just because you have tattoos and look different doesn't mean you're a Thief, I had a pocket full of cash to pay for my groceries, no need for her and her employees to follow us around and pretend like you're stocking shelves it's very obvious and extremely...
