Today the 5th of November I went to subway and got food. I decided to eat later. When I did and opened my sandwich there were things that did not belong. This is the worst expieriance as far as interaction with the employee, service, food which had added things bugs or things that do not belong on a sandwich. I called smoke to manager and he told me if he had bad he don't complain about food he don't care if he had bad food... he wouldn't complain. I love subway just not this one stay away from this subway horrible food, service, hospitality and a manager who should quit. His employees ,food,service, are a reflection tion of subway as a whole. I don't think MR.ONEAL THE MOST DOMINANT BIG MAN IN THE HISTORY OF TGE NBA WOULD SIGN OFF ON THIS SUBWAY, TGEIR SERVICE AND FOOD... Mind you my sandwich was the Hot Shot Italiano which says x2 everything. I only wanted extra sriracha on ONE sandwich not both because I prefer that sauce over the other that comes with it and they were both with two tiny drops each. And for the toppings? Very little portions. I hate posting this review because I’m always understanding but this is exaggerated. Felt personal tbh. Basically, ordering on the app will get you tiny portions because you can’t watch them make it for you and correct the errors. The lady just kept looking at me, completely ignored me when I said hi, no smile, no how can I help you, I just told her what I wanted and that was it! Another customer walks in the other employee who was a guy, same reaction to the customer. No hi, no how can I help you, totally ignored the customer when she said hi... I mean if your working in the fast food environment customer service is top priority, and if this type of job isn't for those two people they should find a new job cause they both were rude and just the way they came across...
