Had Jayce and Sydneys birthday party there and wouldn't do it again, the younger staff members were helpful and cooperative but the one older guy working there was a prick, and it was just last Saturday. We were suppose to bowl from 4pm to 5pm while they cook our pizzas, and then go to party room from 5pm to 6pm, but we got there and the 2 lanes they wanted to put our party on were occupied so we were told we had to wait, all the while there are six open lanes, so here is 20 people with birthday supplies for two kids with nowhere to go, so I asked if we could put everything in the room while we all wait, the younger employee said sure cause they didn't have any other party scheduled the whole day, so by 4:30 we finally get to start bowling and place our 4 pizza order, which takes over an hour to get our pizzas which now puts, it at 5:30pm so we go to the party room and are advised by the old "guy" employee that we have had the room since 4pm and need to be out by 6pm, so we have 30 min to eat pizza, have cake and ice cream and open presents, and rush to get out of their room because there is no other bookings the whole day,... F.O., as we were leaving at 6:15 there were maybe 4 people other than employees in whole building and we're obviously friends of the employees cause they couldn't wait for us to leave. So if this business fails like so many others it's not because the people in fulton didn't give it a chance, it's because the old guy would prefer to entertain friends who don't pay, then many willing patrons who would of stayed and bowled many more games and spent a lot more money if just were shown a little bit of hospitality, and awareness of two kids having their...
Read moreHorrible customer service. Went on a Thursday after calling in advance, was told no need to reserve, Thursday's are slow. Got there, and the whole place is rented out. Ok. Got passed that, it happens. Then asked about Friday night. Bailey (cashier) said Friday was open, cosmic bowl starts at 9 but she would close the place early if she wasn't busy by 830. So- maybe no cosmic bowling. She was rude about it, as if I was going to inconvenience her from closing early. I'm a paying customer, if you want to keep your doors open, then keep them open. I will take my business out of town and let my local economy fail. Customer service is worth the drive to columbia. Don't waste your time here. 7-30-17 edit Changed to 5 stars. After the above incident, the owner of the bowling center contacted us via Facebook and took full responsibility for his employee. He was super apologetic for her and gave his word we would never have an experience like that again. He was right. We gave it another chance, which was great! We have been back several more times since, bought gear and food there. Bailey no longer works there, and the remaining staff is very nice...
Read moreI found this business on Google, as I was going to be in town with some friends on this day and we wanted to go bowling. I checked their website to make sure that it was open bowling and not league bowl. Their website stated that open bowling was available for the times that we were interested in. Upon making the hour and a half drive, we were informed by the desk attendant that it was currently league bowlingand open bowling would not be available until after 9 that night. In hindsight, I should have been proactive and called the business ahead of time to double check their availability, and at the same time I believe a website managed by said business should be updated to show correct information for customers. All in all, this business and the way they conducted themselves are unworthy of my return. Two stars in lieu of one due to the fact that the employee who informed us of the mix up was very professional and...
