$9.54 per ticket for a matinee where we got dripped on by a leaky ceiling. The "manager" was told after the movie and replied "Yes, we know, the roof leaks when it rains.". No apology or offer of any kind, just "yes, we know." Add uncomfortable seats, the fact that masks are required (they provide ones made in China, where the virus originated, no less) and instead of wearing appropriate/professional looking masks, the "manager" was wearing one with gnashing teeth pictured on it. For almost $20, the experience definitely wasn't worth it. If you do forego my warning, don't take a flashlight or use your phone's light function to look at the floor or chairs or the holes in the ceiling where water might drip on you or splash on you from the 20 ft. drop, if it starts raining while you're in the theater for over 2 hours. Seeing and/or feeling all the grossness might bother you, especially if you are eating or drinking anything. But that mask might come in handy and possibly why they're required? in case all that leaking up in the ceiling (no plans to have it fixed was mentioned) causes...
Read moreI was in attendance last night for a viewing of a movie and we got the large popcorn and soda. Halfway through the bag of popcorn I realized the bag was faulty and had a hole in the bottom and the liquid butter substance I placed in the bag had leaked out onto my clothes. I went up front to ask for a second back to ensure it wouldn't continue to leak and was told by a worker that if they give me another bag they would have to charge me for another popcorn. GET A BETTER QUALITY BAG. What makes it worse was when my infant daughter was upset I removed her from the room where the film was shown and one of the gentlemen cleaning said "If you have to leave we can give you a voucher to return to see the movie." Y'all will give movie vouchers to see a movie if something happens but you won't give an extra bag to double bag a leaking popcorn bag. PLEASE MAKE...
Read moreDo they not clean up between movies anymore? This place was filthy. Many aisles had trash, popcorn or empty cups. We even had to step on spilled popcorn to get to a seat. These pictures are BEFORE our movie. And this was at 4pm on a Sunday. We went to see Encanto. We were the only family during this showing, and it was not busy, so I know this mess didn’t happen over night. We also had to wait until after 4 to get our tickets because nobody was at the front for us to purchase. The three workers were on...
