Food Lion — Local services in Fuquay-Varina

I won’t be shopping here again, the managers of the whole store let me tell you I stepped outside and three of them were outside two were smoking and one was out there talking, like who is running the store. I get it they need their smoke breaks but they all do not need to go out together… no one should shop at this store. Products that I needed were missing I went to other stores and they had those missing products. The cashiers seem like they don’t want to work there. The cashiers were talking busy with other things and the manager of upfront was outside smoking when she should have had the staff working very disappointed. I went in there a few months ago and there was this really nice stocker his name was Logan. He showed me where the product I was looking for was, he hasn’t been in there in awhile but he was a top tier employee. I used FoodLion to Go at one point it was great Samantha she’s a sweetheart and a employee who deserves a raise most definitely. Upon arriving to the check out the young lady with blue hair who didnt have a name badge on was having a conversation with her coworker. She never greeted, made eye contact nor smiled in any professional way, she kept scanning my groceries. Towards the end she had the nerve to continue asking her coworker questions that was not professional and before she could hand me my receipt she greeted the next person behind me which I thought was disrespectful. What makes me any different from the young lady behind me except for the color of my skin. Seen someone trying to checkout after shopping and needed to type in their ebt card # and the store told them they changed the policy and they dont do that anymore. Even though the person had a Pic of the card and the drivers license to match the name. That person went there and spent time shopping all to get turned away. I felt horrible for them.
