Terrible customer service, Mitsubishi dropped off pick it up in the manifold was busted they did fix that then my uncle had a Chevrolet truck fix their picked it back up and it was messed up again just took my Jeep Cherokee there to get my air fixed air still doesn't work customer service was terrible they hung up on me very rude and I've never had problems with him before until now they said they put new parts on my car and the actuator was not new it was cracked will never go there again and I will tell all my friends and family too is very rude to hang up on your customers when they're asking questions about their car I paid them $800 to fix my car and they can't answer my questions when I'm asking them I was very nice and they hung up on me very disappointed very angry now I have to take it somewhere else and pay $500 to fix the damage they've done so I'm pissed and I'm going to tell...

My mom had a 2002 ford explorer that just needed a new timing belt, while the whole engine needed to be pulled out, just to put it on. Tessner wanted 2000$ to fix it and 100$ for it to be towed to them. Note she literally lives walking distance away from them. My mom is disabled and living on a monthy SSI check so she couldn't afford it. Said first engine didn’t work after $700, then said fuel pump after he had an engine that would work for $700. Replaced with his made it 2 miles car would not start, then after having it towed back on my Friday evening picked up the following Friday after driving 20mies and the heater Cole hose had a leak with pressure coming from the manifold and towed back. Been there anther 10 days and currently being told the engine has to come out again because I ran it hot after driving 20mins from there shop due to my wore out hose that they also rebooked up!!!
