A Few Things — Local services in Gainesville

I found this little hidden gem a few months ago quite by accident in Gainesville. Since then I have visited several times and never been disappointed. There are so many vintage and antique items to see, the prices are reasonable, and Cindy, the store owner, is absolutely wonderful and helpful. Yesterday I took two of my friends there, and they loved it as much as I do! We had such a good time browsing through the store; we bought so much, it took several trips to get everything in the car! Afterwards, we went to lunch at a local restaurant Cindy recommended. With all the excitement, we had forgotten a few items we paid for in the store. Would you believe Cindy actually found the items and brought them to us at the restaurant? Now that's customer service! This place is amazing! I've been here a number of times over the past couple of years and always leave with something awesome. Today, I took my sister and niece. We found so much stuff and got so excited. The owner and her adult children (I think) started talking with us and showing us other things we might like. I then found an amazing collection of gnome stuff and bought it all. When I got home I found a little wood plaque in my bag and almost started crying. It said "This is a gnome home" with a note that said "We wanted you to have this, no charge. " It was so unexpected and sweet, I was speechless. I wish I could leave a 10...

The most diverse and well priced vintage & antique shop in the area! A complete trove of treasures! Not only that- the owner Cindy is genuinely a people person, customer service oriented and wants to make everyone feel at home. She allowed our 3 year old son to take her lovable dog Cash by the leash and play with him while we shopped. I found some lovely coasters, with real silver, handmade in England. It was my favorite thing! Don’t sleep on this hole in the wall- it’s long, huge, and an experience you’ll need time to explore....
