I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Andy along with the impressive and attentive waitress Tina— My experience is definitely one for the books. It was a busy Sunday morning, every table full! As someone that eats alone, it’s a little daunting to go into a restaurant and try to find somewhere to eat, especially when it’s a sit at will. Two people came to greet me while I waited for a table to clear. One of them being Andy and then another friendly waitress that I didn’t get a name for. Upon being sat my table, freshly cleaned —Miss Tina came up with a menu and my coffee I ordered the Texas twister and a side of pancakes. I devoured the pancakes 🥞 and was promptly too full to eat my main course. Never fear lol I knew I’d get hungry again hahahaa. Andy and Tina checked on me over and over again in the mist what is typical Sunday rush whilst providing the same excellent service to everybody around me whilst making me feel at home.
I enjoyed my meal and the little I could eat of the Texas twister. The portions are great— The service better— the food on point.
After visiting with Andy, I was so impressed by his will to be kind and helpful! Moreover watching his team perform and working together and doing more than their part to make it work.
Thank you for such a wholesome experience today and for blessing me.

Read moreThis place is a literal hidden gem! I don’t know where to even begin. I have never experienced such amazing service. This restaurant makes you feel like you are apart of their family. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. And my goodness the food! Their food is a little slice of heaven. Everything is so amazing! I went there 5 days in a row and tried something new everyday, and I was not disappointed not once! The food is a combination of things which makes it even better! Their chef has been cooking Italian food for 30 years and you can taste it! Very few places where you can actually feel the love a person puts in the food, and the Trails Inn Restaurant is exactly that! Make sure you stop by and give it a try! I promise you will not be disappointed! Thank you to the owner Andy and his staff who were all so generous and helped us find so many things to do nearby! We really appreciate all of your kindness...
Read moreWe stopped in on the way home for a late breakfast/early lunch. We sat at a table next to the server station and I couldn’t help but notice how dirty and unsanitary it was. The ice machine door was open and the lid was covered in black mold. Also had milk jugs sitting inside the ice machine to keep cold. I watched multiple servers and other staff scoop ice with their cups instead of using the scooper. The food was very subpar. I had higher expectations of the food due to the high star rating. The burger I had reminded of a burger I would get at a high school football game. I could tell it was a frozen patty. And it was flavorless. I couldn’t even eat all my food cause I kept thinking about if the ice machine was that dirty I could only imagine what the kitchen looked like. I left the place with an upset stomach and feeling very...
