I probably wouldn't go there for your engraving needs. I received a plaque that was engraved by this business. From the moment I received it, probably at least one third of the gilding was "missing."

UPDATE: Upon seeing this review, Mariko graciously responded and offered to send me a new plaque. I appreciate their commitment to customer service, a true rarity in today's business...

I didn't know what to anticipate from this little shop in a downtrodden building, but I am VERY pleased with the necklace I had engraved. I wanted the engraving to coordinate with the inscription already on the pendant, and it matches beautifully. Bill (?) was very helpful, and Tiger was friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely consider doing...

I love this place. I live in neighboring Lumpkin County, but I've always gone here for my engraving. I go every year to get a crystal flower vase for my wife engraved, and I've also gotten some knives and even a wooden fan engraved. I am very happy with their work here, and the people...
