Won’t be back to this store. My first time ATTEMPTING to become a customer at this store was today. When I walked up the sign the first door said to go to the middle, went to the middle and there was a sign that said if the door was locked to ring the door bell for assistance because they are blowing glass. I was about to walk off and then one of the guys working came and let me in. I walked in and was about to look around and two sec later he sent the other young man to the back where they were blowing glass and proceeded to ask me “what I need”. I told him I was just looking around until I decide what I wanted to buy. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn’t have time to help me because he’s blowing glass. A little taken back, I asked him was he asking me to leave and he said “yeah, that’s why the door was locked”. I am a really understanding person and would’ve understood if he was a little more professional and a little nicer, even though there were two of them. The Glass Factory is a place where you want to be a regular because Eric and Justin treat their regulars like family. I go there to take care of my back pain needs. The kratom and cbc selection and prices are the best I've seen out from everywhere in Gainesville today I also noticed how great prices on vape juice as well. They have art pieces, paintings and there's a window in the store where you can watch their glass blowing sessions which I'm dying to try! Even if you are an amateur at glass blowing and take a class you'll get to walk away with your own piece of handmade jewelry or art piece with a beautiful new experience and memory attached to it. If you've checked out other tobacco shops in Gainesville, walking into this one will really impress. In my experience, the other shops in town really give off a grungy feel. This shop is elegantly put together with a huge glass viewing window of the glass blowing studio. The pieces are set up gallery style around the shop which really give it an elegant and artsy touch. With all this said, the pieces are better in quality and in price to other shops I've been to. The quality will be apparent when you handle them yourselves. They also have glassblowing professionals teach classes to the general public. The staff here is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I have nothing but positive things to say.
