If I could give negative stars I would. My boyfriend went in to buy supplies for a renovation (mind you planning to purchase around $600) when an older lady came up to him and accused him of yelling at one of her employees out of the blue. He respectfully told her that he had not and he didn't have a clue of what she was talking about.. she continued to appear as if she didn't believe him, still responding negatively. He ended up leaving everything behind and left without making a purchase. He asked the employee she was referring to on the way out if he had done/said anything for her to accuse him of and THE EMPLOYEE even said he had no idea what she was talking about. He does a lot of flips and spends A LOT of money on supplies but will never set foot in there again. If losing customers is what you're there for then great job. If not, I suggest you get control of the crazy lady someone has also referred to in their review. As for the other review who stated that it's ok for people to follow customers around and harass them, if you haven't experienced it then don't comment on it....
Read moreI had purchased lap siding there many times because their prices were decent. So today I went to go try to get a broken piece so that I could show it to my customer so he could see what I was talking about and then he could purchase them without any mistakes and the lady at the desk who says that she owns it refused to sell me a broken piece because she may need to get it to a customer down the road if there's a broken piece on a bundle. I do not understand that the maybe customer down the road is more important than the definite customer right in front of you. Only after I left and then called to complain which is when she said she was the owner did she say she would have one of her guys go find a small broken piece to send with me instead of being willing to sell me the piece that I was wanting to purchase to take so that I can make a bigger purchase. I have to say I think their customer service is definitely lacking and I will not be purchasing any more material there or...
Read moreFor my Pro Drivers. I couldn't trust my Garmin or Google maps to find this location. Problem with the Garmin, is the only road that leads to this location the Garmin doesn't see as a truck route. So it will route you around to roads that aren't even there any more. Google will easily have you going down a road that is a non truck route. Old Route 66 is the only way you can get to this place. You have to take the road. Careful crossing the rail road tracks going to this place. Slight drop off so watch your trailer tires and take it slow. There is room to park over night in front of the place. Try parking next to the burnt up or old rail cars. No place to use the bath room over night so keep that in mind. Nice people they will unload you quickly. Dry Van's when it comes to docking pay attention to the sticks on the ground. They aren't crooked, the dock door is at a angle. So follow those are they will ask you to...
