Imagine planning you first child big 18th birthday/ Graduation party, and you have paid for the place atleast 2 months ahead of the time so that you could secure your date and time, just to find out 3 weeks before the big party that the head person pulls rank to invade that special day and force you to share with them when the reason you paid early and full price was so it could be private!!! Now it's 3 weeks before the party and I don't have anywhere to switch locations to because Graduation season has every where booked, I am highly disappointed and just to be offered 100$ off when they are cutting in my time almost half the time and I paid 750$ I am very disappointed because I worked on trying to make sure that this party was going to be perfect, now I have to alter things because someone couldn't respect the fact that I paid for my time slot and they are taking advantage...
