So disappointed! I was out of town so I had my sons grandmother take him to get his haircut at studio C. I called and made the appointment and explained I wanted a skin tight fade or even a 1 fade with a line. (His regular beautician was out). When I picked my son up, I couldnโt believe it! You could see the uneven fade line, the top had not been touched and the line part was in a different place than the previous one along with being thicker in some parts. 20.00 for what? This was Saturday. I had to take him Monday to get it fixed! This is unacceptable. When someone asks for something, if you are unable to do it, just say that! My wife gave a 24 hour notice that she would have to reschedule because she had to take me to hospital. "Jamie" charged our card $55 saying her policy is 48 hours for cancelation.
