Worst customer service ever! My husband and I have both been calling for 3 weeks for them to come out and refill our tanks. Our readings went from 45% to 30% and now it’s at 10%! We have a 2 year old and a 1 year old and with the temperature dropping I’m afraid we are going to run out of heat! We finally got someone on the phone after 3 weeks and their answer was “we’ll get there when we get there.” That’s not how this company should be treating their paying customers!
