⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you've ever found yourself in an unfortunate situation—like me, who managed to turn my brand new Jeep into a crumpled piece of modern art after a run-in with another vehicle, you'll want to take notes on my experience at Kos!. I was worried about the whole repair process as I’ve never had an accident . But Mike, Nick, Stephanie, and the entire team turned what could have been a nightmare into a dreamy experience! Not that I want to go through it again.

Now, I've been to other auto body shops before(for touch up’s paint and when that lawnmower decided to project rocks at my car) , and let me tell you, I’ve never left one as happy as I did with Kos. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such kindness and professionalism. They explained everything in detail and answered all my questions, making me feel like I was part of their auto body family. They treated my Jeep like it was a newborn baby—every scratch, dent, and paint job was given the VIP treatment!

And can we talk about their fleet of rental vehicles? That was a game changer! It’s like they saw my horror at the thought of dealing with a rental company and said, “Fear not, brave customer! We’ve got your back!” No more wrestling with a rental agent over insurance policies or waiting three hours for a car that smells like a gym sock. They handed me the keys to a sweet ride on the spot. It was like they had a magical rental fairy in the back room, ready to sprinkle some convenience dust!

When I finally got my Jeep back, I was shocked at how amazing it looked—like it just rolled off the showroom floor! True story it did two weeks prior.

I can't thank Kos's Body Shop enough. The owner knows his stuff, and above all, he's honest and has customers safety in mind.

Where to begin? My daughter had an accident in March in her 2023 Camry. Unfortunately, I initially chose another local body shop in South Fork I'd used in the past, that actually changed ownership in the middle of our repair. One of my insurance providers "Certified Repair Facilities."

That was a decision I'd come to deeply regret.

Before we even picked up the car, I called Kos's and asked them to double check the other facilities work because we'd had so many problems. The receptionist Stephanie reassured me that the owner, Michael, would personally inspect our car. We took it right to Kos's after picking it up.

After 3 months of "repairs" at the previous facility, and a return visit to the first facility, the car was released to us with ill fitting aftermarket parts, and a long list of serious safety issues. Michael was so concerned with the previous repairs that he gave my daughter one of their personal rental vehicles that very day. It wasn't safe for her to leave in her vehicle. From that day on, he kept us updated on the entire process, spoke to our insurance company. And most importantly, he was the ONLY person in this entire process who believed us and validated our concerns. The car was ultimately deemed a total loss due to the quality of the repairs from the previous facility.

Michael and Kos's Body Shop have my business for life. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. It means the world to have someone on your side when you have an accident. Kos's did that for us- and we will be...

After experiencing other local auto shops "quality" of auto body work, I somehow found the amazing folks at Kos's Body Shop. That was 18 months ago and I recently called on them again for a different repair on a different car.

Your vehicle is not only expensive, it protects you when you're on the road. If you want to feel the confidence of a quality repair, with all of the safety checks and balances, look no further than Kos's. Nothing about the repair was a problem for them. They even calibrated my front radar system in house!

Beginning with having a rental waiting for me to ending with a clean and repaired vehicle, the whole experience makes having an accident as easy to navigate as possible. Turnaround was less than two weeks of repairs.
