Went with friends to the Stake or Shrimp dinner. 😋 The DJ was was fun and played along with surprising my mom with a funny ditty on the big screen for her B-Day! The stakes were cooked 100% correctly! But, were a little small this time. The "3 Bite Salad" was a joke! I should have dumped 2 more bowls in my little bowl to try to fill it up!!! Then there was the baked potato/tatter. 🥴 Mine was huge! My mom and I went there for Mata Taco and I'm mad at myself for not remembering the bartender's name but she was super awesome and made me my most favorite shot ever which is called a green tea..
