I was called one hour before my scheduled appointment and told no one could meet with me. Andrew James had waited until the last minute to cancel an appointment that had been on the books. His co-worker Deborah Gonzalez was extremely rude and refused to provide an explanation for the cancelation or a manager phone number. She provided an email address for management, that turned out to be fake. I utilized the company website to gain legitimate email addresses, and sent a formal complaint of my experience. Miss Gonzalez called me again, yelling that I was out of line and had no reason to be upset. Appointments are not kept, employee's have zero customer service skills, customers are talked down to and harassed, Management is unable to reached. A friend of mine asked me to inquire about pricing for this place for my wedding, for the past three days I have reached out to this facility via phone calls and emails. Finally I was able to reach the woman in charge of pricing, she began giving me pricing, than put me on hold and never came back, I hung up and called right back no answer, she called back, and asked when I needed the venue, instead of finishing telling me the price, I answered her question, and she told me she’s booked for the entire 31 days in December, she placed me on hold again, and hung up the call, without me being able to inquire about another date.
