McCloskey Appliance — Local services in Garner

Probably the worst customer service/ warranty repair service I have ever experienced. Extremely difficult to get ahold of the store or anyone regarding repairs and if you do get ahold of them, it'll be weeks before anyone can come take a look at anything. Not to mention, when they do get there, they'll either do a temporary fix or not touch it all. We have been struggling with a broken dishwasher and fridge for several months now and was told the fridge was fixed multiple times, wasted money on groceries, just to have to throw them all out again when they go bad in two days because the fridge is indeed, still not working right. Most recently we had them come look at our dishwasher and were told that we need a new one and that warranty should cover it. Luckily a dishwasher is a little more expendable than a fridge and not a necessity so it wasn't a big deal to not be able to use it for however long it would take for us to get a new one. However it has been several weeks and we still have yet to hear anything back from them about either of the appliances. I have never received a follow up phone call from them after a repair person has came to look at our appliances, and any information I have been given required me to call them again and hound them about the status of our claims. Most of the times I have called they have said they are "looking into it and will get back to me" but never do. I am a reasonable and understanding person but the complete lack of communication and subpar customer service we have experienced has definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. Not to mention I still don't have a working fridge or dishwasher after months of issues and making claims to them. Unfortunately based on my experience I would not recommend this company to anyone I know and will not be purchasing anything else from them...

We always buy our appliances at McCloskeys. Vicky, who is always there, is very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make our decision. She knows everthing about all of the appliances! Plus, McCloskeys delivers the new appliance and takes the old one away. This is just where we come when we need...

Great deal, the worked hard to compete with others. Started looking here, went to several other places ended up back here to buy a new washer and dryer....
