Dollar General — Local services in Garner

Tried to go in today to grab some water and found for the second day in a row completely blocked off with these carts, around 5 or 6 more carts were around in the store blocking access to entire rows for almost anyone. The self checkout no longer accepts cash and the actual checkout never has anyone there nor a button or bell to ring for a checker you have to wait sometimes 5 minutes or go walking around to find one. This place has gone so far downhill in the last few months its saddening. the carts especially isnt a one time thing i have gone in so many times and had them strewn about, i get they must stock items but they shouldn't be storing those carts anywhere, there is a store...

Worst store you could possibly shop at, horrible service, aisles filled with product that is not put away, the guy in the leather jacket, apparently one of DGs management, horrible customer service, not happy with this store at all, if there was ANY other option in garner I would use it......WHAT A JOKE.....DG better find better people to run their store and to represent their company.....I guess if I have to drive an hour to a different store I will but should not have to, what a waste since most people rely on that store in this...

Some of the employees are really nice and friend but they have one girls that is there that I hate going in there. I would rather drive to another store then to see to even have this younger girl wait my kids or me. However my wife is nice to her n she's just so snort and rude to a lot of people she will make passes to married men and not even care talk bad about other people...
