We were in Friday for the second time. We bought more bacon. It is great! But this time we also got the sausage, smoked pork chops (so good), and the highlight of our visit. We had called ahead and asked Marsha to cut us an 1 3/4” rib-eye. The steak was one of the best that I have ever had. The next night we had the pork chops which were tender and full of taste. Haven’t tried the sausage but it’s got to be good. And bacon is sooo good! We are going to try other products from there. It was gray, smelled bad, greasy beyond belief, and tastes gamey and horrible. Definitely got meat from a bull back, not our steers meat.
