Worst service EVER! We took our RV in for a service inspection and to get our shower door fixed. On the first visit they were so friendly-they told us it would be a couple weeks and we were ok with that because it was a few weeks before our next trip. Two weeks passed and we checked in only to be told we had to speak to Rick but he was hardly ever available. When we finally were able to speak to Rick he did not know if our RV was ready-they would have to send someone to check. Another week passed and still not ready someone had to go find it to check. Finally, another week passed and we had to pick up our RV. They informed us they were working on it that day and the inspection would be done but the shower doors had not come in yet. They informed us we needed to have our roof sealed. We picked up our RV and when we got home noticed there were empty water bottles and rags lying around the RV. When I looked at the shower, there were black marks on the floor of the shower-still unable to get them out. We tried another appointment to get the roof done and get the new doors in because surely after nearly two months they would be in. Again, no communication tried calling and got the runaround. WE GAVE UP. When my husband went to pick up the RV they were not even sure where it was, my husband had to go find it. When he asked about the shower door, they told him they never ordered it!!! Frustrated, my husband asked them to give him our shower door frame we would find somewhere else. They told him they had no IDEA where it was!!! Not only did they not provide service they lost our shower door frame and really could careless!! Ridiculous service we will never go back! Highly Recommend this Service Center for you RV needs. After dealing with other RV service centers over the last 1 1/2 years, I started to dread taking my RV into anyone for repairs or services on it. But I decide to give them a chance, had some concerns my roof was coming apart on my fifth wheel and had trim coming up. I took pictures of the damage and stop by one day after work. Explain what my concerns where and that fact my family lives in it. They immediately got me on the schedule for that Saturday and had all hands on deck to work on my trailer so it would not have to stay over night and put my family in a hotel. They were fast, did an amazing job and were very friendly. Very fair on there pricing for what they did. Be careful dealing with these folks. If they tell you they are going to perform a "45 point inspection", get someone to sign off on it. They told me it had been performed on my motorhome, but that wasn't true. I had to ask them to actually do it for real and sign off on it. I figured that with $3,000 worth of business they could do what they said they would do. When they actually made the inspection, they found an additional repair issue that I was happy to pay for. Examine any repairs they do for you very carefully before you pay the bill. They attempted to pass off some very poor work on me that was obviously defective. They also failed to address one of the repair items that I had paid over $200 in labor costs for.
