Kidz Bouncing Inc. — Local services in Geneva Township

Terrible customer service and employees are very rude and unprofessional! Contacted "business" in July 2021 to have service for party in August. One week before event, I emailed "business" to confirm date, and the "business" was in an agreement for the chosen date and time. On the day of the event, I sent another email to "business". No response. They were to show up at 6pm, no show, so I called them at 630pm. No one answered the phone, only a text saying..."me marko". I called the number again and spoke to a VERY RUDE "individual". who tried to make it seem like I was at fault for them not showing up! The "person" or whomever..said " I should of called at 6!". I stated that our communication began on beginning July and confirmation on week before event! Wow, they have the decision to whether or not to show up at your event because they get paid if they show up. Businesses like they portray...is unethical and shady. Lesson take away...do not do business with wanna be "people" who decide whether they want to show up or not because payment is expected unless they show up. Do business with real professionals who use a receipt, accept a down payment and refunds your deposit if something happens. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FIRST! If I had the option of giving no stars...I would...

This company is the best in the area. The team's technical competence was evident in setting up and taking down the Tent, Tables and Chairs, and the bouncing house. My family reunion was so successful because of this team. Their exceptional coordination was a testament to their professionalism and dedication. We had a very windy backyard in Sandwich, IL, and this team came prepared to stack the bouncing house and bouncing slide to the ground. Doing so kept them from flying up in the air. Another key reason we went with them was that from March, when we reserved this, to July, they kept in touch with me, keeping me assured I was going to get the setup exactly like we wanted. I have had other bouncing houses and tent companies that never call you back; you must stay on top and push, push, push. You reserve it in March and never hear back, and there is no confirmation that they are even coming. That is not the case with this company, KidsBouncing LLC.
