I'm not the one who writes reviews on places but I feel like in this case I have to. This was an awful exprince for me. My husband and I came in to the store witch is set up cute and makes u wanna shop around. But as soon as I walked in I had a sudden urge to go to the lady's room, it's nothing new because I'm 5 months pregnant but I have learned that if I feel I have to go then I must go then or else. And for some reason this baby likes to play soccer with my bladder. We were in the car for over and hour driving to this store and to check out the town and it was are first stop. In a panic I start looking for a bathroom and came across a hand colored sign that said bathroom for employees only. I've came across this before and as long as u ask really nicely the employees allow a pregnant women to relive ones self so that not only the women won't pee themselves inside the store but two holding in pee for awhile is a health hazard to the baby. Hold pee in can cause bladder infections, U.T.Is and so on. Just then a women asked if we were looking for anything and I asked nicely may I please use the bathroom, she had this look of anger and said extremely rude that I can take myself to the public library as If I were a diseased animal. Her tone was very degrading in a way that how dare I ask to take care of a need of mine. It was not just being told no I can't use the bathroom that's fine if she had just been nice about it. But she was not! It takes a pretty heartless person to belittle a pregnant women who is in need of a simple request such as using a bathroom. I will not shop here my husband is still upset over how this women talked to me and we didn't get what we needed. But the true value in Beatrice has very nice and helpful people there I guess shame on us for trying...

We bought our kitchen appliances here when we bought our house. Things went fine until we noticed a dent in our refrigerator after it was delivered. It took a couple months for it to be replaced. When he brought the door over, he put a hold in our drywall. One of the drawers on our fridge cracked and my husband called to ask if there was a warranty or anything, because we haven’t even had it 6 months.
