Worst Butcher Ever. I wish I could share pictures, they don’t know the difference between a ribeye and soup bone. I ordered ground beef to be 90-95% lean and i got 70-80% lean. We tried the ribeye within a few days and it was a soup bone with some meat and gristle around it. I called them and the owner offered to go to the grocery store and buy all the ribeyes and give them to me, he could not find my cut sheet or bill of sale- really???? The beef was supposed to be Angus and it does not taste like angus, not to mention is does not agree with me. I am pretty sure we were given someone else’s beef or it was not processed properly. Just placing my order for the beef was such a headache, the office is not knowledgeable nor do they listen to the customer. I grew up on homegrown beef and my grandpa cut his own steaks for his steakhouse. I know the difference between steaks and other cuts of beef, as well as the different types of beef.
