This is my new favorite sewing machine shop -- a Bernina shop! On a 5-star scale, my rating is well over 10 stars. Servicing on all brands of machines and prices on new machines can't be beat!

Owner looks very young, but don't be fooled; he is very talented and skilled, having trained in his family's store for many years. Owner is the epitomy of integrity and honesty. He is kind, patient and never pressures me to make a purchase.

Shop sits back off the road and is located "in the country". Just driving up the driveway, seeing this shop before me is a delight!

After several trips to a distant and expensive repair shop without satisfaction (the machines had more problems than they started with), one trip from Dayton and a few hours of waiting for while you wait service and both machines are diagnosed and expertly repaired! This place is wonderful and the serviceman was a delight to work with. Give him your business!
