NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! I discovered their May Cincinnati auction on Auction Zip. (where I look for auctions)..After reading about it there I went to their website. After reading about it there I then drove about 4 hours to attend. When I arrived I walked in and found about 15 people there and a giant screen and their ON LINE auction!! I then scoured the auction zip page and their website page again to find NO WHERE DID IT SAY THE AUCTION WAS ONLINE!! So I sent them an email, they did not respond. I sent a text, no response. Then I noticed they mentioned Facebook (which I do not use) on their website, so I left a comment about my experience there. THEY DELETED MY COMMENTS AND AGAIN DID NOT REPLY TO ME! Very rude and down right disrespectful to say the least. Considering I drove 3 hours to their past Kentucky auction and spent about $1200....

They usually reserve a hotel conference area just off of I-275 to hold their auctions but occasionally have on site estate auctions. Very knowledgeable about the items they are selling.
