I really used to be a big fan of this place, but the last few times I've experienced customer service unlike anything I've ever seen. Despite having spent over 7,000 USD over the course of a year at this location, you'd figure a modicum of common sense would endure. It did not.
I was encountered by the identity verification attendant, who scanned my id card and verified that it was legitimate, called over her supervisor to take a look. I was denied entry, after having been served by both the ID verification attendant and the supervisor who simply wouldn't accept my ID, even though it was valid and that their systems accepted it.
Further, after explaining that I had driven an hour and a half to get my modest purchase, it was explained to me that my ID, which was untattered and legitimate with no physical blemishes, was not acceptable for no good reason. I pressed them to please understand that I was a superior customer and a loyalty club member, was turned away. Having driven an hour and a half I requested that a member simply allow me to use the restroom before I left and I was denied that as well.
I can't tell you how absolutely and stunningly bad customer service this was, and I can't completely blame the Supervisor who was named Chris, it's clearly illegal policy from up on high.
Even the supervisor admitted that the ID would be accepted by nearly anyone, including police, but would not be accepted there. This, after spending thousands of dollars over the past year and introducing more than 5 people to their loyalty program.
I sought an opportunity to express my complaint to their higher-ups, but unfortuantely the company that oversees these Mission establishments do not want to hear from their customers and do not have a way to contact them directly. Hence why I am here.
I originally gave this location a 5 star rating, and regularly dropped at least 20 USD as a tip for the budtenders.
I will not be returning unless I receive some positive verification that changes are made to their process, allowing their supervisors to use their best judgement instead of turning away a good customer who is 45 years old with a valid state ID.
I believe that this won't come, some lame excuses will be made. Fortunately, I've found other venues who are more than happy to accept my valid state ID and my money going...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI made a mistake because I was on a phone call when entering with noticeable earbuds. Front desk attendee was very kind and courteous but never told me to get off my phone call when I walked in . James, my tender was kind courteous helpful answered my questions for me and I found out that I was able to get more due to I called prior to coming up and was told I had 28 grams left as when I looked at the iPad to see if there was anything else I needed , the Tender ( blond F)at the next station asked if I was on a call and I replied yes and in a condescending manner she told me I needed to be off the phone I immediately hung up she proceeded to reprimand me and tell me that there were signs all over the building and I shouldāve known . I replied that I didnāt see them and apologized at that point the tender ( brunette curly F ) at the next station put in her two cents And I told them both I heard you let me finish and please leave me alone. They proceeded to still badger me several more times And then the floor manager ( purple hair F ) decided to introduce herself by joining in the attack and making sure again I knew no phone calls and to make sure Iām was speaking to her employees properly while I was being badgered and ganged up on by them. This of course, got me upset and started to get my anxiety going because now I have three tenders attacking me escalating the situation even more all this stress just going to pick up my medicine that helps to relieve my anxiety and pain. Oh, what a wonderful morning it started out to be . Thank you, James and Iām sorry that you had to be put through all of that You were wonderful through that whole process . This was the first time this has ever happened and it shocked me when it did. This is not normally like Georgetown. Theyāre normally a five star in my mind. This is bad energy and they could have handled this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've checked out many dispensaries in Massachusetts, I've had many enjoyable and also educational experiences. I've also visited a couple places that I will never go back to.
I've been referred to Mission on many occasions and I finally checked it out. I've been meaning to review this dispensary but whenever I leave and get to where I'm going, it seems to be forgotten in the smoke lol.
The first time I pulled into the property it was easy to find with plenty of parking. It was also very clear as to where the entrance was. As I started to walk to the entrance an older gentleman was walking out, he looked at me, held up a bag, shook it and said "I got the good stuff!". It was at that moment I knew I had found a new favorite place without even going in lol. I was buzzed in, they checked my ID and entered a room that was visually captivating, like walking into my first Toys "R" Us as a youngster, but for potheads. There were plenty of Budtenders for the volume of customers for a quick check out but also gives the ability to take your time with them in making your selection(s) if you didn't pre-order. Every experience I've had with their staff has been enjoyable and makes me look forward to my next visit. The exit was well marked, I've had times after a purchasing where I've turned around and had no idea where the exit was. Their prices are very affordable with great deals all the time. They also offer an app which is convenient and helpful to check before entering the store for deals and such. They also have a rewards program to give back to customers.
They're located right off 95, as in a stone throw away from the highway, don't throw stones on the highway.
I highly recommend stopping by even if it's a bit of a drive, it'll be...
