Had an appointment time of 8 am to 5pm they never showed up or called when called the next morning all they could say was the service person was just to busy. No phone call to try an reschedule no real apology in my opinion very very poor customer service ( this post is for my 77 year old mother who waited all day for them to fix her washing machine and has a sick husband in...

Very nice person. Didn't have hardly nothing and nobody would work with me. Not only did he work with me but gave me a free price and has been nothing but a wonderfutl person to me and my family. If I had a problem he fixed it. Would recommend...
