CVS — Local services in German Township

I am currently between insurances and providers, so over the past month, I have had a million issues with my regular prescriptions. This pharmacy was so gracious with working with my situation, communicating quickly and frequently regarding my prescription, and finding me a workable solution to my issue. I was incredibly grateful for them working with me while I was frustrated, tired, and confused. Absolute horrible service. Several times I've called and asked when my prescription would be filled and they've given me the wrong date!! I call in to get prescription filled by the date that they give me and they tell me I can fill it, then hours later when I go to pick it up they say prescription is too early. On top of that they called my doctor and told them I was trying to refill too soon as if I was an addict. I was only going by the days they gave me. Attitude is absolutely horrible. Every single person in that pharmacy has given me attitude when I have questions about my meds. Service is horribly slow and half of them do not know how to read the system to give correct refill date....

Very very bad service misinformation telling me stuff that isn’t true very unprofessional doesn’t keep my medication in stock we have had one month for them to get the medication head pharmacist lied to me about getting my prescription back when it was a hardcopy and she kept telling me it was an electronica fax when it was a hardcopy and I was told by many doctors and pharmacies even other CVS pharmacies that if it’s a hardcopy you can get it returned.
