Wow!! I have never been treated so poorly in a store in my 55 years of life. I went into get some stain samples put on a board. first I was told by Jim they couldn't help me because they had a truck come in with a big order. I was told to come back in the afternoon. I returned in the afternoon, when I walked in I was given a dirty look by Jim and asked were I buy my paint. Insinuating he didn't want to help me because I don't buy paint there or spend enough money there. After an argument he reluctantly helped me. I tried to smooth things over and explain to him that we do buy items from the store just not paint and that we even have an account set up there. Jim's response was well use it then and not in a nice way. I don't go in there daily but I go in there enough to know that his name is Jim and the owners name is Bob. Obviously we will never use this hardware store again...
