Northwinds Pizza — Restaurant in Gerrish Township

We've had the Cuban pizza a few times and really liked it. Typically we order from Matt's because they are so consistent but we wanted to switch it up so we got the Philly cheesesteak pizza from here. I was shocked and surprised with the lack of toppings, particularly the meat when we got the food home. One slice literally had one tiny piece of beef. It was supposed to be a 14 inch pizza as well but was 12. We tried the wings too and they were rubbery and barely had any meat. From out of state, wife and I were looking for a place to get a decent meal at a reasonable price. Looking online we found northwinds pizza and I'm glad we did! I highly recommend this as a must for anyone in the area, passing through or visiting. First time here and got the meat lovers pizza and herb bread with beer cheese. Order took about 20 minutes to be ready which is good for a Friday night. The pizza was excellent. Generous amount of toppings and the crust was just right, not too thick or doughy. The herb bread was good, however the beer cheese was not. The beer cheese was very watery, almost like a soup.
