Bought 4 bottles put them in the freezer. They froze completely literally drink the whole bottle and did not even get buzz I’m 5’5 and size 4 and blew n breathalyzer and guess what I got legal able to drive after drinking the whole thing ! If it was moonshine, it would not Gone down like butter it was just like fruit juice the other bottle our friends tried and they said it was just like drinking Kool-Aid Not one person got buzz and did not burn like the samples !! It would’ve not froze completely !! This is out of the deep freezer 4 hours ! If you get samples, it’s real you can get a bottle it’s not!! Probably the locals get the real moonshine’. So if you wanna waste your money $120 of fruit juice. By the way My husband DOES NOT drink ALCOHOL AT ALLL and he drank half OF ONE of the bottles and NOTHING!!!! Got here a little after 4 pm. Had to wait until the guy run to get more shine. Could have been an enjoyable trip but the little fat guy was very crude. Even though we were on the same political side as he, it was not the time or place. What you see is moonshine in nice quart jars. What you get is a quart jar with no label and not sealed. May be going for authentic, but not when the ones displayed are labeled. Between 4 couples, we had 5 jars, which he just handed to us. Some other people had been come in and took a seat- they told us where the boxes were that we could pack up our jars. He was so pitifully disorganized and when we asked about the Hatfields owning the business he just pointed to a picture on the wall and seemed to know nothing. I've followed Chad's page on fb for a long time, and have planned a trip to W Virginia to see what I've heard about all my life. My visit was a bit disappointing though. I knew it was a week day, and the restaurant wasn't open, which was fine. They're doing some construction, and I really felt like I was an intrusion. Chad stopped working went straight to a rack of bottled bourbon, set a bottle on the counter beside a couple bottles of moonshine, said these were his 3 choices...He had one style t-shirt to sell. We weren't offered a sample of anything. He did give me a discount since I'm a "Hatfield", signed my bottle, and posed for a picture. It was a much different experience than I see on his Facebook...
