glimer tx I wouldn't have given them even 1 star. First of all Rude manager!! I couldn't keep my washing machine so they had to take it back. I also had a recliner on the contract. I wanted to keep my recliner and was told no. I'm having to move and there is no hook ups for the machine. I had to take this apartment because it was the only one I could afford.You would think they could make an exception for matters like this. I was told it would be reported to my . So, I ask if I still had credit with them she said only if you pay what your balance was. Who wants to pay almost $800 for something your not getting!!!!! So, I Know there is another furniture store that I can get credit . Really this was something beyond my control. You would think they would make exceptions for that kind of situation. The manager needs to learn how to be more professional and not talk down to...

Update! After they had the sale I guess the attitude is different, I won't shop here again delivery was mixed up and I told them I'll come get it at the store since I had paid already they stuck it in my truck handed me some rope and left, they put the box spring on top of the heavy mattress well what is going to happen while I'm standing in their mosquito infested loading dock trying to reach in the back of my truck one of the loaders said should I lift it up so you can get down in there better. I said nope that won't do it. If they would have delivered it they would have had to set up and everything, they couldn't even load it right. Totally not professional what happened to the old crew? And I will go to Mannes Furniture...

This isn’t my 1st purchase from Blake’s furniture but I thought I’d have a quick look before I moved on to bigger stores..I didn’t look any further & it was my favorite experience with Blake’s Gilmer store. I was looking for a sofa this trip and my sales lady was very helpful & knowledgeable. I found a couch I liked but sales lady introduced me to a Catnapper recliner that I just fell in love with & a near by loveseat matched it so well. I ended up with the beautiful oversized Ashley loveseat that is gorgeous & comfortable plus the amazing recliner. Delivery was on time & professional. I’m already hearing compliments on my new living room furniture....
