G&W Foods — Local services in Girard

They have a pretty large inventory. I don't do grocery shopping there, per se, because their prices are somewhat expensive, except for their meat department. They run pretty good specials and always have lots of Manager's Specials, which they don't advertise. They accept coupons and double coupons up to $0.50. The store is always clean. Handicapped accessible. No public restroom. The staff is always super friendly. When I purchase a few items, they always ask if I need help out. There have been times when I have needed the help. They always found someone to help me very quickly and the person was always super nice to me. Typical small town grocery, has most items you'd need and reasonable prices. There is a meat section that I believe they cut in house and usually have some steaks that are thick cut and on sale. A good assortment of fresh produce and some bakery items plus a lot of small town friendliness make this a really good shopping choice.
